  • Geranium - A beautifully fragrant floral, conveying a feeling of warm strength and security. A supportive scent to relax and reassure.

    Bergamot - Releasing and regulating, this balancing oil soothes feelings of anxiety and helps us ‘let go’.

    Amyris - Calming, soothing and relaxing, this rich, warm, woody aroma helps to ease emotional stress.

    Vetiver - A grounding oil to soothe feelings of anxiety and anger. Vetiver sedates and yet restores us, harmonising the mind to centre and reconnect us.

  • Roll over inner wrists, neck or any points on the body that feel good. Breathe deeply, taking a moment to focus on the scent and how you feel. Re-apply throughout the day as desired.

    For a deeper connection, roll over palms and then cup hands over the face. Taking slow deep breaths to pause and inhale the scent.

    Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended for use when pregnant.
